Counselling Services for Children, Teens & Young Adults

Every family’s needs are unique, so we’ve created a flexible menu of support—from creative play therapy and one‑to‑one talking sessions to online check‑ins and parent consultations—allowing your child or young adult to access help in a way that feels safe, engaging and effective. Whether they’re managing anxiety, exam stress, low mood or friendship worries, our gentle, collaborative approach focuses on building resilience, self‑belief and practical coping tools that last well beyond the therapy room.

Therapy Services

Our one‑to‑one therapy sessions are designed to meet your child, teenager or young adult exactly where they are. Younger children often learn and express themselves through play, art and storytelling, while teens may prefer open conversation, practical coping tools and mindfulness exercises. Each session takes place weekly in our calming studio or online, and the pace and focus adapt as your young person’s confidence grows. Regular parent check‑ins keep you informed—without intruding on the safe space they need.
